Regular inspections and certification by a qualified professional in line with OSHA and ANSI standards must be conducted each year on your fall protection and suspended access systems due to the potential for components to wear down, creating unsafe conditions. Therefore, it is critical that you adhere to these recommended practices in order to ensure optimal safety while using these systems.

Our team of certified professionals can detect any worn or fractured parts, as well as components that don't comply with system requirements due to potential unauthorized alteration or use. Following the visual inspection, clients will receive a report through our customized inspection software, including solutions and recommendations if a repair is required.

Load Testing

Cliffhangers offers comprehensive system re-certification services complete with onsite load testing according to OSHA and ANSI standards. System inspections at intervals of 5 or 10 years, overseen by a Professional Engineer, will guarantee your building is compliant industry regulations. A thorough report noting any deficiencies and potential repair options will be issued following the inspection.

*Note: Fall protection systems incorporating epoxy adhesive anchor bolts e.g. U-bar anchors, davit bases or other equipment shall have 100% of the anchors load tested at intervals not exceeding 5 years.
